Terms of service
Ordering terms for custom apparel, quotes and mini-shops.
Custom orders
Every item we make is produced to order with your artwork, sizes and options. Because of that, all sales are final: we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on custom-made products. Please double-check sizes and options before you check out.
Mini-shop orders
- Stores are open for a designated time period per client and Terry’s Tees agreement.
- Once a store closes, all orders are processed together.
- Typical turnaround is two weeks after store closure.
- All orders are custom made, so there are no refunds or exchanges.
Artwork and proofs
You are responsible for having the right to use any logo or artwork you send us. Where we provide a proof, please review it carefully; production matches the approved proof.
Payment
Online orders are paid at checkout. Quotes for larger projects are confirmed by email before work begins.
